The mission of Tucson Values Teachers is to inspire support of PreK-12 teachers in Southern Arizona through community collaborations that attract, retain and celebrate teacher excellence.

TVT was established by the Southern Arizona Leadership Council as an education and business partnership to address the issues of the teacher workforce and positively impact the quality of the region's education system.
