BCI follows the principle of creating long-term business relationships with a diverse clientele base. We employ a group of professionals who offer years of management experience in virtually all areas of commercial construction, including community / municipal, education, industrial / manufacturing, medical, office, restaurant, retail and solar projects.

We are committed to value engineering at the front end of the project, in order to meet our clients’ needs from preconstruction through project build and final occupancy. We are a leader in providing Integrated Project Delivery services providing both design and construction services under one contract. This approach offers many advantages over traditional project delivery methods: design and construction alternatives and costs are addressed as the design progresses; unanticipated costs and delays are eliminated; and construction can be started prior to the completion of design, allowing for accelerated delivery.
