We’re kicking off the 2026 Women in Leadership series with Financial Confidence, a signature breakfast focused on helping women start the year feeling informed, empowered, and in control of their financial futures.

About Women in Leadership (WIL):
The Oro Valley Chamber’s Women in Leadership initiative is a dedicated group supporting and celebrating women leaders, business owners, and professionals in Oro Valley and the surrounding region. The group focuses on professional development, mentorship, and fostering a strong network of women in leadership roles. The WIL committee is comprised of Chamber members and chaired by Renee McCuistion of America First Credit Union.
