We’re back!
Earlier this year, the Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce launched its Women in Leadership (WIL) committee, a new initiative to celebrate and support women leaders, business owners, and professionals in our community. Our first event, a sold-out breakfast and panel discussion on Breaking Barriers, featured outstanding women sharing their experiences and left us inspired, energized, and eager for more.
Now, we’re back with our next event, focused on mental health, burnout, and self-care.
Event Details
Date: Tuesday, October 7, 2025
Time: 8 – 11 a.m. (Check-in and breakfast buffet opens at 8 a.m. / Buffet closes at 9 a.m.)
Location: El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton Resort, 10000 N Oracle Rd.
Cost: $50 per person (Includes breakfast)
Our featured speakers will be:
Melissa Griebel, Director of Behavioral Health at Oro Valley Hospital
Jessica Brubaker, Director of Training at Transitions Counseling and Consulting
Melissa and Jessica will dive into the realities of burnout, the importance of self-care, and resources available in our community to support both. The program will also include time for questions and conversation, plus networking with fellow leaders.
And as a special bonus, after the presentation SpaWell will be offering complimentary chair massages from 10–11 a.m.
