This ceremony invites you to pause, reflect, and soften into the stillness that winter brings. We’ll begin with a Winter Solstice Tea Ceremony, sipping warm, seasonal teas that encourage grounding, introspection, and inner warmth. You’ll be held in a calm, nurturing space filled with soft candlelight, gentle harp music, and the peaceful energy of the season. From there, we transition into Harp Nidra, a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation supported by live harp. This guided journey helps the body unwind and welcomes clarity, renewal, and peace as we cross into the returning light. The evening concludes with a soothing Sound Bath, weaving the gentle vibrations of harp, crystal bowls, and gong to support deep rest, energetic clearing, and a sense of peaceful restoration.
