This month's speaker is Ben Couch with Elumened.  He will be talking about better lift techniques for caregivers. Eastern Ergonomics leverages the body mechanics from Ben Couch’s 40 years of martial arts experience with ergonomic techniques used in patient transfers. This much-needed update to transfer methodologies focuses on using simple but powerful changes to body mechanics to safely and confidently perform transfers, reducing strain on caregivers and ensuring a more comfortable experience for patients.

The Senior Services Collaborative Monthly Meeting is a gathering that brings together local organizations and service providers to share resources, discuss challenges, and collaborate on innovative solutions. Each meeting typically features guest speakers presenting on relevant topics and open discussions aimed at fostering partnerships and improving access to services for seniors.
