Rise and shine, sleepy head! Stretchlab and Tohono Chul are hosting two free stretch classes at Tohono Chul on Thursday, 12/8 in their Performance Garden. This stretch class is perfect for beginners and focuses on slow and effective movement to prepare your body for the day. Brought to you by the Flexologists at StretchLab, these morning stretches will increase blood flow, oxygen, and nutrients to all parts of the body to prepare you for the day, and release tension from last night’s sleep or the previous day’s activities.
