Join us for a calming midweek session combining Kundalini Yoga with the harmonious vibrations of a Harp Sound Bath. This class supports grounding, stress release, and nervous system regulation through breathwork, gentle movement, and restorative sound healing.
After a guided Kundalini practice, you’ll settle into deep relaxation while live harp, crystal bowl, and gong frequencies help quiet your mind and ease physical tension.
