About Us

When Fork & Fire decided to focus on their obsession with hot wings, Wildfire Wings was born. Tucked against the Santa Catalina Mountains in beautiful Catalina, AZ we started this dream in the wake of the Bighorn fire that raged visibly in the area for nearly two months during the summer of 2020.

Wildfire Wings & Grill is themed as an ode to Mother Nature’s process of revitalization in the desert while paying respect to the men and women in the line of work dedicated to keeping us safe from the dangerous yet captivating phenomenon of nature ablaze.
Each of our 15 wing flavors has been named after a wildland fire, some historic, some recent, some local, some far away. Each had a team of People dedicated to extinguishing it. The use of the fire’s name is in appreciation of those teams of firefighters around the globe. Find your favorite flavor of sauces and rubs, or try a different one each time you visit. Give your taste buds a chance to experience the Wildfire!
