In Oro Valley, Schnitzer Properties offers the Oro Valley Commerce Center, a 45,500-square-foot high-tech, R&D industrial space on 3.66 acres in the heart of the community.

Schnitzer Properties' regional offices employ senior leaders with an average of 15 years in their respective local markets. These well-versed professionals bring diverse experience at major firms, development and private real estate companies. Our regional offices are staffed with professional, experienced leasing managers, property managers, accounting managers and maintenance staff to provide immediate and superior responses.

Schnitzer Properties was founded by Harold Schnitzer over 70 years ago, when he converted an old warehouse into an office building. Today, his son, Jordan, serves as president of the company, directing its long-term strategy. Schnitzer Properties cultivates diverse, well-located properties positioned for long-term growth. We own and operate more than 185 properties in Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah.

Our portfolio includes a wealth of office, multi-tenant industrial, multi-family and retail commercial properties. In seven regional offices, over 280 real estate professionals work in their markets and close to their customers.
