We are accredited through the National Home Watch Association (NHWA), we are A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau and we are licensed, bonded and insured. We perform high level inspections of your home, provide concierge services and coordinate maintenance and services as needed. We use the NHWA best practices and provide you with detailed written reports that include photographs of your home.

Although we are very qualified and offer high level services, we remain very competitive with our pricing since we have developed professional efficiencies and also try to stay local in the town of Oro Valley.

Dave Arellano has been in residential property management for over 30 years and has been a licensed real estate broker and Certified Property Manager. Dave and Michelle also own and manage rental homes in Tucson and understand what it takes to keep their properties safe, marketable and secure.
