About Us

Heart & Soul is a wholesome, family-owned business whose desire is to encourage all children to pursue a love for movement through recreational gymnastics and dance.

Our mission is to provide high-quality physical activity education that far exceeds the norm. Our professional staff strives to not only support your child’s skills, but to help them grow in their self-esteem, self-respect, and self-worth.

We believe in the power of hard work, dedication, and commitment to being a strong and healthy person.

Heart & Soul curriculum is based on the idea that play is learning. Kids are most passionate about their physical and mental health when they’re engaged, appropriately challenged, and having fun with friends!

Our unique recreational curriculum is developed by owner and retired competitive gymnast, Deanna, along with our head gymnastics coach and former educator, Kristin. Lessons are built on a progressive foundation throughout the year: skills, technical movements, activities, and exercises are divided into 12 monthly rotations. Each month revisits previously established skills to help students build a strong foundation for not only dance, gymnastics, and ninja, but for physical health that lasts a lifetime.

Unlike most recreational programs, Heart & Soul makes it our mission to let kids have an authentic gymnastics and dance experience without the pressure of the competitive pipeline. Parents leave the studios each week knowing that their kids are continuously learning, growing, and having fun thanks to our unique and awesome curriculum.
