Jody is a "powerhouse" at the intersection of inclusive education and elite cycling. After previously serving as El Grupo’s Grupito Coordinator and Program Manager, she returns to the team bringing a wealth of academic, cycling, and leadership experience.

With a Ph.D. in Disability and Psychoeducational Studies from the University of Arizona and a background as an Endowed Professor, Jody is a master at building evidence-based, sustainable programming. She has secured over $1.4 million in grant funding to create inclusive spaces for youth, and she is the founder of both Sonoran STOKE and the GRO girl GRO initiative.
