With an extensive operational background, Batoun deploys the expertise to execute the deal and achieve the client’s goals and objectives. Batoun has had a direct impact on over a thousand commercial tenants in Arizona, from small mom-and-pop shops to large global Fortune 500 companies and everything in between. Batoun has conducted project management for multi-million dollar capital improvement projects and has overseen more than $5 million in complex tenant improvements for tenants such as GSA and State Government. Batoun has obtained the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification and Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation.
